This Law shall regulate the manner and the requirements for acquisition and loss of the citizenship of the Republic of Macedonia – North Macedonia, determination of citizenship, competent state body for resolving such cases, affirming citizenship and keeping records of citizens of the Republic of Macedonia – North Macedonia.
